Our Service Includes:

• AI-powered floor plan generation from text descriptions (Room, House, and Custom modes)
• Precise dimension configuration in square meters or square feet
• 10 architectural rendering styles including 3D Isometric, Blueprint, Technical, Hand-Drawn, and more
• High-resolution floor plan downloads and exports
• Design history and project management via the History tab
• Customer support and technical assistance

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your account information current and accurate
• Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available
• Do not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Report any security concerns or suspicious activity immediately

Permitted Uses

• Create floor plans for personal, commercial, or professional use
• Share generated floor plans with clients, contractors, or collaborators
• Use floor plans for marketing materials, portfolios, and presentations
• Modify and customize generated floor plans to meet your needs
• Download and print floor plans in high resolution

Prohibited Uses

• Upload copyrighted materials without proper authorization
• Generate floor plans containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our AI technology
• Use automated tools to access our Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

Prohibition of Harmful Content

Our platform prohibits the creation, generation, or distribution of any content that is harmful, illegal, or otherwise violates our policies. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or hate speech
• Illegal architectural plans or designs intended to circumvent building codes
• Floor plans designed for illegal or unauthorized construction
• Content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any other content deemed inappropriate or harmful at our sole discretion

Content Moderation

Our platform implements AI-powered content moderation systems. These systems automatically detect and block attempts to generate prohibited content, cannot be bypassed or disabled by users, are continuously updated, and apply to all user inputs including text prompts.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of text prompts and content you submit to our Service
• You grant us a limited license to use your inputs to generate and deliver floor plans
• You represent that you have the right to use all submitted content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

Generated Floor Plans

• You own the floor plans generated through our Service for your specific inputs
• Generated floor plans are provided under a commercial use license
• You may use, modify, and distribute generated floor plans without restriction
• We retain the right to use anonymized and aggregated design data to improve our AI models

Our Technology

• Floor Planner and our AI generation technology are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without authorization
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain our exclusive property
• Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our Service without compensation

Free Services

We offer free access to basic floor plan generation with certain limitations, including a limited number of free generations and standard-resolution downloads.

Premium Services

Paid plans include additional features and benefits:

• Unlimited floor plan generations
• High-resolution and commercial-quality downloads
• Access to all 10 architectural rendering styles
• Priority customer support
• Extended project history and management features

Billing & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

Service Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our Service; change pricing, plans, or service offerings with appropriate notice; implement new terms or policies as needed; and suspend or terminate the Service in extreme circumstances.

User Notifications

We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes through email or updates to our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

AI Model Training

Floor Planner does not use your floor plan designs, text prompts, or uploaded content to train or fine-tune generative AI models. We utilize third-party AI services to power our generation features, and your data is processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested floor plans.

AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated floor plans are created using machine learning algorithms and may not always be perfectly accurate or to scale
• Generated floor plans should be reviewed by qualified professionals before construction or implementation
• We are not responsible for structural integrity, safety, or building code compliance of any design
• Users should verify all floor plan dimensions and layouts with appropriate experts and authorities
• Floor Planner is a design tool, not a substitute for licensed architectural or engineering services

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use of generated floor plans
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party actions or content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Floor Planner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights), or your use of generated floor plans in any construction, renovation, or commercial project.

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including AI generation providers, payment processors, and analytics services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally. For formal disputes, resolution will be through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• Class action lawsuits are waived by using our Service

Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be conducted exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
